It really is wonderful what paint will do to a dark room.

We have added new vinyl windows, new trim, put on a new larger deck, re-decorated a bit with curtains and pillows and made our guesthouse very comfortable for you to visit.

The bathroom has been updated with new tile, floors, paint and new fixtures. It's still a little small but has all the comforts of home.

A new two-level cedar deck with lighted stairs and railing under the evergreens leads into a new garden filled with fruit trees and a new storage area is to the right of the new entry.

The new fireplace make the living room a lot more cozy. It a small electric insert that has the capacity to warm the entire house and give the sense of a fire at night. With some trimming of the blooming cherry tree down front, the living room now has a bigger view of the water.

A new queen-size bed has been added to the bedroom, taking up most of the room. Most of our guests are couples who need the extra room to sleep rather than more space in the bedroom to roam.
